"The premium is competitive, I end up saving a couple of hundreds by switching to them. But overall the service is mediocre at best. I would have chosen a different agent had I know them. A couple of issues. First, they promised me they will notify my mortgage about the new home insurance but they didn’t. The mortgage warned me about missing insurance and then I knew. Second, they messed up the amount of my umbrella coverage. I thought I signed up for certain amount but their coverage is only half of that. Third, which might be the root cause, is there has no transparency and everything must go through an agent. I do not know any numbers or details in the insurance application, they never sent me a copy, all communication is face to face and thus oral, and the next document I received is payment bill. I would be less frustrated if their agent does the job well and does not make mistakes, but unfortunately that did not happen."

"Terrible, terrible customer service. I've had this agent for the last 3 years and not once have I received the help that I needed whenever something was off with either my premium or my discount. For example, my drive safe and save discount dropped off even though I updated my odometer in time. To find out what happened took over 2 months of me repeatedly calling them every week and nobody had a clue what had happened. I still don't know if the issue has been resolved or not. Whenever I call them, they claim they can see the discount on my account, but not one person has been able to tell me what my discount amount is or why it dropped off. When I called last week, they claimed that they see a discount amount much lower than what I see on the app. When I asked them why I see a different number, they asked me to not believe what the app shows. It's a joke. Secondly, my premium shot up by over $160 last year and nobody was able to give me a clear answer as to why. They kept playing tag, until I gave up calling them. Don't believe their Google rating. Stay far away from this agent."

"I went over 12 years without so much as a traffic ticket and then I have two accidents and get told I have to find new insurance because my policies won't be renewed. Completely unfair. I will absolutely not be recommending your company to anyone."
